Transition Into Services
From Doing Deals to Helping Others Win
After years of navigating multiple strategies from wholesaling, prehabbing, flipping, BRRRR, buy & hold, multifamily, and creative finance my approach to real estate evolved. What began as a personal journey of finding deals, analyzing numbers, solving problems, and scaling my own portfolio naturally led to something bigger: helping others do the same.
Every strategy I learned, every negotiation I sat through, every tenant I screened, and every off-market opportunity I uncovered became a sharpened skill set that other investors began asking me to share. Over time, I realized that the same level of acquisition discipline, systems, and deal analysis I used for myself could directly benefit new and intermediate investors who needed direction, structure, or extra deal flow.
This is where my service side of the business was born.

Acquisition Services: Done-For-You Deal Sourcing With Investor ROI in Mind
My acquisition services came directly from investors wanting the same type of deals I was finding for myself. Whether it was a co-living opportunity, a BRRRR candidate, an off-market multifamily, or a value-add single-family home, people wanted the benefit of my sourcing process, my negotiation style, and my ability to quickly determine whether a deal is worth pursuing.
Today, my acquisition services include:
• On-market and off-market deal sourcing
Using the same systems and networks I built through wholesaling, flipping, and multifamily investments.
• Broker and agent outreach
Leveraging established relationships throughout the Michigan market.
• Deal analysis grounded in real, lived experience
ARV calculations, repair estimates, rent projections, value-add potential, and exit strategies.
• Boots-on-the-ground coordination
Walking properties, inspections, photos, and local vendor communication.
This service exists because investors wanted more deals like the ones I was doing — and I knew how to find them.
Mentoring, Coaching & Consulting: Guiding New Investors Through Their First Wins
Mentoring: Helping New Investors Understand the Industry the Right Way
As my experience grew, more aspiring investors began asking the same questions I had at the start of my journey. Mentoring developed naturally from those conversations. It became a way to provide the clarity, structure, and direction that I know can make the early stages of real estate far less overwhelming.
My mentoring focuses on fundamentals — understanding how deals work, how to confidently evaluate opportunities, and how different strategies connect. This is where investors gain perspective, build realistic expectations, and learn how to navigate the industry without unnecessary confusion.
My approach is simple and grounded:
to help new investors begin with a clear understanding of what real estate actually requires and how to move through it with intention.
Coaching: Building Practical Skills Through Real Application
Coaching emerged when beginners needed more than foundational understanding — they needed guidance applying the knowledge to real scenarios. Because I’ve operated across wholesaling, flips, rentals, and multifamily, I’m able to help new investors develop practical skills that translate directly into real-world execution.
Coaching covers the abilities that shape successful deal-making:
- Evaluating properties using comps, ARV, and accurate repair estimates
- Understanding which exit strategy fits each opportunity
- Identifying risks before they impact the deal
- Structuring wholesale, BRRRR, flip, and small multifamily transactions
- Coordinating with buyers, sellers, lenders, agents, and contractors
- Creating consistent deal flow through both on-market and off-market sourcing
The goal is not memorizing information — it’s building the confidence and capability to operate in the business. Coaching is where investors learn how the numbers, timelines, and decisions connect, and how to approach deals with clarity instead of guessing.
Consulting: Strategic Support for Deal-Specific Decisions
Consulting developed from investors who were already active but needed experienced insight on a particular deal or direction. Rather than general guidance, this service focuses on evaluating the specifics — numbers, risks, structure, timeline, and whether the strategy truly fits the investor’s goals.
I provide support such as:
- Confirming whether a deal works, based on accurate analysis
- Stress-testing assumptions on ARV, rents, repairs, or timelines
- Identifying details newer investors often miss
- Reviewing wholesale spreads, flip margins, BRRRR metrics, or multifamily performance
- Assisting with acquisition strategy design, whether off-market or agent-driven
- Helping investors avoid costly errors before committing capital or contracts
Consulting is direct, experience-based, and centered on making informed decisions. It ensures that investors have clarity before moving forward — and that the deal aligns with a realistic path to profitability.
Why I Made This Transition
As I continued building my portfolio, two things became clear:
- The industry needs more properly trained investors.
There are too many people chasing deals without understanding numbers, negotiation, or due diligence. - My experience created a foundation others could stand on.
Every strategy I used became a skill I could teach or a service I could perform for someone else.
Today, I still invest, but I also help others do it faster, safer, and more profitably than I did starting out.
