My Story: How Strategy, Execution, and Curiosity Built the Path I Walk Today
When I started in real estate, I didn’t come from a background filled with investors, mentors, or capital. What I did have was curiosity — the kind of curiosity that makes you ask how someone goes from working the same job as you to closing deals you didn’t even know were possible. That question led me into wholesaling, and wholesaling became the foundation that changed everything.
I learned early that information means nothing without execution. Real estate is full of people who know what to do, but far fewer who know how to turn those details into real results. I made a decision from day one: I wasn’t going to be someone who just learned — I was going to be someone who applied.
Wholesaling taught me how to find deals, understand value, talk to sellers, negotiate honestly, and move with persistence even when deals fell apart. It taught me that success wasn’t about doing more paperwork or making more calls; success was about doing the right work — the work that moves a deal forward. Every lead, every contract, every conversation sharpened my eye for opportunity. And each deal made me wonder: What else is possible?
That question led me into my first fix-and-flip. After assigning profitable deals to investors and watching what they made on the back end, I realized I was leaving too much potential on the table. I had the knowledge. I had systems. I had confidence. I just needed to take the next step. So I did — and that’s when I learned another truth: real estate isn’t one strategy; it’s a toolbox. You pull out what you need for the deal in front of you.
Flipping taught me construction management, budgeting, market positioning, and how to move quickly without sacrificing quality. I learned how buyers think, what renovations matter, and how to evaluate risk vs. reward. Those skills naturally opened the door to buy-and-hold and BRRRR. I wanted stability between closings and long-term cash flow, and rentals became the answer. I took the same skills from wholesaling and flipping — negotiation, valuation, deal sourcing — and applied them to building assets instead of assigning them.
As I scaled into multifamily with small buildings like duplexes, I realized the power of stacking units under one roof. More income, better efficiency, stronger leverage, and a smoother path to scaling long-term wealth. Creative finance became another tool along the way — not something I set out to master, but something that naturally fit into deals when the numbers required it. Subject-to, seller financing, assumptions, hybrid structures… I used whatever made the deal work. Strategy became instinct.
And throughout all of this, people around me began asking the same questions I once asked:
“How did you learn this?”
“How do you find these deals?”
“What am I missing?”
“How do I avoid the mistakes I’m making?”
They weren’t looking for hype. They weren’t looking for someone to talk at them. They were looking for what I valued most when I started:
clarity, experience, straightforward breakdowns, real strategy, and reliable execution support.
So I began helping investors the same way I wish someone had helped me—by combining all the years of experience, systems, trial and error, and proven results into a clear, direct approach that cuts out confusion and focuses on what works. Today, I still invest actively, but I also work with serious investors who want to grow without guessing, build without chaos, and execute with confidence.
Real estate changed my life because I learned how to turn information into experience — and experience into results. Now I help others do the same.
